Finally found a place for the stickers I've been hoarding for the last five or so years (now got to find the rest of the #FFConf stickers too)

Treat yourself to a fun talk from Sergès Goma at #FFConf. It's the perfect length and happily takes the piss out of our need to join cults in the tech world!

Really enjoyed this in person, she had the audience eating from the palm of her hand.

The first set of our #FFConf talks are live for your viewing.

Ever thought about about how your data is used? How deep is the rabbit hole? Are there alternatives?

@chetbox.com addresses these points: www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1h5...

Still buzzing from @sachajudd.com's amazing and inspiring talk from #FFConf on Friday.

Sacha Judd's #ffconf talk was one full of nostalgia for me. Fandom was my first online community 💗 and it's such a rich subculture of the internet. Was fab hearing all about @archiveofourown.org and many other incarnations of online fandom spaces being talked about at a web conf! @ffconf.org

And webcurios! Plus I told everyone at #ffconf to get amongst :)

Didn't go to #ffconf but the tag is proving a delightful list of people to follow. Next year!

Compulsary annual post: Another great #ffConf yesterday! Had no signal in the venue, but even if I did, too busy thinking and chatting to people to be posting.
It felt good to bring some of our team again. Sad I didn't get to talk to most people I wanted, but energy and time were not on my side.

Welp, I'm a casualty of #ffconf. That fall I took on the stairs on my way to the afterparty has wrecked my knee. Time for knee supports, pain killers, and a lot of swearing.
(And I specifically brought one of my coelacanth shirts to wear to the aquarium 😭)

Wow, I guess Go and #ffconf are twins!
Both are younger than me of course (just)

First #ffconf yesterday with the team. We laughed, learnt and came out inspired.

Thanks to @remysharp.com and the rest of the @ffconf.org team for organising. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Now off to build some small useless projects!

Surya Rose @gearsco.de gave a fab talk: Six to Sixteen: A Child's Programming Journey. Starting with rebuilding a childhood game with his father, then progressing to Minecraft data packs, YouTube channel, podcast and Open Source contributions. #ffconf @ffconf.org I'm gonna share with all kids I know

On the train back to London from another great #ffconf.

I went alone but people were nice enough to talk to me, and I like how there's activities outside of the conference & going to the pub like the morning coffee and lunch at a quiet spot.
