FLEET은 2023년 결성 이후 2024년 EP ‘ENOUGH’를 시작으로 꾸준히 신곡을 내고 공연을 이어가며 신예 밴드로 시선을 모으고 있다. ‘Social = Phobia’는 평범한 일상 속 사회에서 겪는 불안과 스트레스로 공포를 느끼며 스스로를 고립시켰던 화자가, 그 공포를 인정하고 밖으로 나가려는 순간을 포착한 곡이다. 여기에 FLEET 특유의 강렬한 사운드가 더해져 감정의 변화를 사운드로 드러낸다. 두 번째로 이름을 올린 팀은 밴드 오아베다. 수연, 소정, 유리로 구성된 오아베는 2024년 EP ‘My Paradise’ 이후 활발한 활동을 이어왔고, 최근에는 라이브 공연과 방송을 오가며 특유의 긍정적인 에너지로 사랑을 받고 있다. 이번 스포트라이트에 포함된 오아베의 싱글 ‘자유낙하’는 2026년 활동의 시작을 알리는 곡이다. 밝고 활기찬 사운드와 대비되게 사랑하는 순간 느끼는 무력함을 주제로 삼았고, 이러한 정서가 오아베만의 사운드로 묶이며 곡의 색을 만든다. 마지막 주인공은 그룹 활동 이후 솔로 아티스트로 나선 여진이다. 여진은 LOONA(이달의 소녀)로 데뷔해 밝고 생기 있는 에너지로 국내외 팬들에게 익숙한 인물이며, 이번에 첫 솔로 싱글 ‘Lv1’을 통해 새로운 출발을 알렸다. ‘Lv1’은 솔로 아티스트로서의 첫 시작과 성장을 담은 앨범으로, 타이틀곡 ‘Sugar talk’를 비롯해 ‘BTW’, ‘My Valentine’까지 총 3곡이 수록됐다. 수록곡 구성을 통해 여진의 여러 매력이 음악적으로 나뉘어 제시되는 것이 특징이다. 특히 타이틀곡 ‘Sugar talk’는 감각적인 분위기 위에 여진의 보컬이 더해져 이전 활동과는 또 다른 성숙한 무드를 들려준다. 솔로 전환 이후 처음 선보이는 키트앨범인 만큼, 여진의 현재 음악적 방향을 짚을 수 있는 작업으로 자리했다. 이번 3월 2주 차 ‘위클리 키트앨범 스포트라이트’에 대한 보다 구체적인 내용과 관련 콘텐츠는 KiTbetter(키트베러)의 공식 X와 인스타그램 채널에서 확인 가능하다.
