Regret spending a certain amount of money? Wait till your next paycheck and then spend the same amount on something that will benefit you (mentally, money-wise, or physically - or a combo!)

Here's something for more long-term dopamine to go with my previous post of cheap dopamine:
Exercise 1-3 times a week. Doesn't have to be for an hour. Doesn't have to be the same days. Just move that booty a lil! It sucks to get into but it WORKS!

Splash your face with cold water for a short boost to the brain cells! Great if you need a push to do something for about 5 minutes :P
