A friend of @NarrelleMHarris's gave her this date pad for her birthday; there's a different font used for each date. I had to tear off a couple of months in setting it up for her - and February had some pretty funky fonts.

A screenshot comparison of text only in Blackbeard font and text in Blackbeard with Tagesschrift font for numbers. The text looks almost identical, except the numbers are easier to read and use subtly different glyphs.

Things to note: When using our replacement font we're still calling it "Blackbeard", we just use a different font file and only apply this to the digits 0 through 9. We use the "unicode-range" property to specify that this font override only applies to the digits 0 through 9. Lastly, `font-face` also has a handy `size-adjust` property which allows us to tweak the sizing of the digits, so that the 2 fonts do not have very different font sizes.
A cool thing you can do with fonts in CSS is to use a different font for very specific unicode characters.
