I used a F/stop Tilopa for a bit over 4 years (10 years warranty) & notice stitching detect to the zipper. Despite a few back & forth clarifying the terms with store, I'm please to report I am happy with #FStop customer service; replacing it despite I accept to go with a repair. TY.
