even MORE! With the type of massage I do, I see this shit all the time, so I refer out. Then they get frustrated when they can't find a solution.

I've been doing the same circuit strength/mobility for upper and lower for a few months now... And today was the last day for those... Thurs I start a new program to target weak muscles and correct bad movement patterns.
