Grandma's Ginger Cookies

¾ cup shortening-cream 1 cup sugar ¼ cup molasses 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cups flour Roll in small balls in sugar, Don't flatter. Bake at 350° 7-8 min. Take out while soft. Take out while cracked. Leave on a cookie sheet for about a minute.
