Working on adding more first-aid supplies to level up my med kit beyond boo boo bag status. Living my best #GORUCK EDC life.
Decided to use the treadmill and #zwiftrunning to get some #zone2 work in. I set the incline to 15%, tossed my #goruck pack with 20# in it in my back and set the speed to 3 mph. Within 10 minutes my heart rate was 125 or so, right in the range I was shooting for.
