À l’orée d’une forêt, entourés de fleurs, Agnès et William se serrent l’un près de l’autre, amoureux . Elle porte une robe bordeaux dont les manches descendent au bas des coudes, de très longs cheveux bruns tressés, et lui, vêtu d’un pourpoint vert tendre se presse contre elle.

J’ai vu Hamnet; film émouvant de Chloé Zhao. Il faut le voir en salle pour apprécier la puissance de l’évocation et le jeu exceptionnel de l’actrice (Jessie Buckley) incarnant Agnès, la femme de William Shakespeare. Dans la finale, plusieurs pleuraient😢 tant ils étaient émus.

Then the soliloquy by the Thames.

Then Agnes' understanding of the theme of the play.

Then the outstretched hand.

And the other..

There are also scenes of death. Lots of them, as it happens.
