हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय: 200 आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों की नौकरी पर संकट, कुलपति कार्यालय के बाहर शुरू किया धरना Shimla News: हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय के 200 आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों की नौकरी खतरे में पड़ गई है। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने सभी विभागों को एक अक्टूबर से इन कर्मचारियों से कोई काम न लेने के आदेश दिए हैं। कर्मचारियों ने इसके विरोध में कुलपति कार्यालय के बाहर धरना शुरू कर दिया है। कर्मचारी कंपनियों के साथ अनुबंध नवीनीकरण न होने के कारण बेरोजगार हो गए हैं। विश्वविद्यालय के 36 विभागों और 20 प्रशासनिक शाखाओं में काम रुक गया है। ये कर्मचारी दस साल से विश्वविद्यालय में सेवाएं दे रहे थे।

हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट: बीएड परिणामों की मांग वाली याचिका खारिज, कोर्ट ने कहा- तथ्य छिपाए गए Shimla News: हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने बीएड (आईसीडीओएल) पाठ्यक्रम के परिणाम तुरंत घोषित करने की मांग वाली याचिका खारिज कर दी है। न्यायाधीश अजय मोहन गोयल की अदालत ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ताओं ने महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य छिपाए हैं। अदालत ने नोट किया कि याचिका में यह नहीं बताया गया कि छात्रों को अभी शिक्षण अभ्यास पूरा करना है। अदालत ने क्या कहा? अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया कि केवल लिखित परीक्षा का परिणाम घोषित होने से छात्र बीएड पाठ्यक्रम पूरा नहीं कर पाएंगे। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने यह जानकारी नहीं दी कि उन्हें अभी अनिवार्य शिक्षण अभ्यास पूरा करना है। इसके बाद अंतिम परीक्षा में भी शामिल होना है। अदालत ने जोर देकर कहा कि इन सभी चरणों के पूरा होने तक उम्मीदवारों को पाठ्यक्रम पूरा करने वाला नहीं माना जा सकता।
