#Hyperfocused #hobbyhopping 14 books in less than a month. Looks like I have a new hobby. I wonder how long it will actually last before I hit my next weird hobby or obsession. Not having a career to obsess over like I had in the past is strange and uncomfortable and holds a lot of guilt. #ADHD

I can only hyperfocus on something for so long. I watched Twitch streams obsessively for about a month. Now, I’m painting seed packets obsessively. I am also drinking tea obsessively. I did lots of other things like this growing up, but my nurse mother never saw it as a problem. #ADHD #hyperfocused
