IPFS Naming The first worldwide IPNS service

Scaleway is opening a new service around #IPFS technology, called IPFS Naming.

It is an #IPNS managed service, a technology designed by @protocollabs to solve the problem of managing and dynamically updating immutable IPFS addresses.
