She acknowledges as an aside, "did you find a flower?" In reference to the Cecilia tucked up on his head. The panel's text box reads: I was disappointed by its report at first. The second panel takes up the top half of the page. It features scenes from Enkanomiya including someone washing clothes while another holds a torch and is onguard. Another scene features a man holding a torch coming across a bathysmal vishap in the dark. The vishap is reactive and the man is panicking. Over top the scenes, wisp venti worridly reports, "the missing civilation is alive under the sea. It is a constant struggle for survival against the bathysmal vishaps that lurk in the shadows." The third panel takes up the rest of the page. The top border is shaped by the wave of Istaroth's hair flying in the wind. She cups a scene close to her chest: a hand dropping a torch as blood spurts everywhere and drips down her fingers as a reference to the second scene in the panel above. She looks apathetic down at the scene as wisp venti continues to fret next to her shoulder. Her thoughts read: I wish I was surprised at learning a lost area was still kicking... but this was already a recurring theme throughout our past, present, and future. They would inevitably fall to those with claws, teeth, and scales. An unfortunate predetermined fate wrought by the firmament sealing teyvat away from prying eyes.
Top left panel is a circle bordered by Cecilia flowers and leaves. A melting, lot, trio of candles sit in it, shining bright. The text box about it comes from Wisp Venti and reads, "They have to use candles to ward the vishaps off but supplies are limited and harvesting the fat from downed vishaps for wax is an arduous problem." Top right panel: wisp venti looks nervous and dejected. His wing and head sprouts have drooped and three periods sit next to him indicating his hesitation. Middle left panel: the same position as the panel before expct Venti is now looking towards the ground. He mutters, "i was wondering..." Middle right panel: still looking nervous, wisp venti quickly turns his head to the right as indicated by onomatopia and action lines. He says, "...since the light wards off the vishaps..." Bottom panel: wisp venti looks up, pleading and hopeful now. Question marks float around him and he blushes slightly. Next to him, as a concept, is the dainichi mikoshi glowing with White Night energy. He says, "could a larger device that mimics the sun be some sort of use to them? At the very least, keep them safe until Teyvat is ready to welcome them back?"
