This keto pumpkin pie recipe is one can of pumpkin, two cups of cottage cheese, two eggs a little bit of vanilla and the sweetener is D-ribose. The topping is vanilla whipping cream heavy and more d-ribose. I baked the cups for 20 minutes, except for this one which I microwave for 120 seconds and that works too. Let cool to set.
