In the word "標記酥炸大腸", each morpheme means as follows:
"標記"...mark, symbol, mark up
"酥"...Cryspy
"炸"...to fly in oil
"大腸"...large intestines
However, "炸" has other meanings of "to explode". It would cause the mistranslation in the photograph.
