#Lem (a Common Lisp Editor) people speak with the fresh mindsets of generational change and foreign cultures. Those people used to be #Emacs people, but over the years, many realized we were beholden to a handful of nerds in a tree house, content to sabotage all outside efforts.
Not enough is said about how open source of concepts and ideas makes things go faster. A PR for #Lem, the Common #Lisp editor, just demonstrated how to use Detsys #nix cache for Github CI, something I was really not looking forward to setting up (again).
