Follow-up on Romanian MW:
Out in a grain field, surrounded by harvesters (including ours), I found all RRA et al. #longwave & #mediumwave freqs I could get via groundwave active.
It seems ALL Romanian AM transmitters now close @ 1900z daily❗
Radio Romania International on SW is not affected.

The "stepped" approach to withdrawing the #LongWave Radio Teleswitch Service is simply about managing complaints of broken electricity supplies. The service is not "obsolete", it works better, over a wider area than smart meters dependent on mobile phone signals. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
