High-end MDT risk of excessive rainfall that could cause flash flooding today.

Down day due to rain. Working on plotting WPC ERO Forecast with #MetPy and #GeoPandas. Turned out to be quite simple. This is a WIP and needs polishing.

This code all worked fine for years, until I updated #metpy last week. Updating the dependencies broke... everything, basically. Very annoying.

Has anyone had an issue using #siphon with @ncar-ucar.bsky.social #THREDDS where your temp directory will fill up, *even when calling dataset.close()*?
