A whimsical vintage 1960s 70s signed one of a kind handmade hand painted and incised ceramic Fish or Angel design brooch. Depending on which way you wear this brooch it could either be a fish (see the version with black background), or an angel arm with wing (see white background first photo). In either case, it's an extraordinary signed piece of wearable art! Measures 3.5" long by about 2" widest point. Marked at back as shown with handwritten signature that looks like "Hela Linde" to me, but I could be wrong. A charming and unique piece of jewelry that you won't see anywhere else! The maker used a lot of glue to attach the pin mechanism at back, and the glue has yellowed with age and is visible from the back only. Overall excellent vintage condition with the above caveat but otherwise no damage or detractors whatsoever as shown.
