Family visit + Star Bread by @kingarthurbaking = zero leftovers. Soft, golden, pull-apart layers with basil-cilantro-jalapeño pesto-chutney. Baked into star, devoured instantly despite pesto leaking out and making it look messy 😜.

A can of flaky Pillsbury Grands biscuits, some melted butter, equal parts of dark brown sugar and white sugar, and as much cinnamon as you prefer, et voila! Pull-apart breakfast treat!
Cut each biscuit into fourths, roll each piece into a ball, coat with butter then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mix and arrange on parchment paper in a 9"×9" baking dish (non-glass is best). Pour the remaining butter over the top and bake at 350⁰F until the bread is golden and the butter is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to think of this. I'll bet there are even recipes for it out there. I mean, rolling biscuit dough in sugar and cinnamon isn't exactly rocket science! Still, it sure did hit the spot!
