I’m behind on #pupdates! Latest from #lurcherpupwatch and the puppies are thriving, starting being introduced to solid food, and moved out from under the eaves next to my friend’s bed where mum Rabbit picked for her nest!! Looking pretty smooth coated so far….
Gus, the great hunter, has caught his first leaf. He truly is the bravest boy..

We'll have to buy bottled water for a while, as we can’t afford our dogs getting sick! Admitting a large number of dogs to the clinic would cost a fortune! All our pups will restart a pre-probiotic.

She is never quiet and she was starting to worry me. She had a temp of 40C, she's positive for blood parasite and a GI infection😔. She was admitted on an IV. Thankfully tonight she looked much brighter❤️🩹.

🐕🦺 Greta who has wounds from a home made weapon, has not yet had surgery. Her blood work has not been good enough and surgery would be a risk. We are working to improve her platelet count before surgery is performed. She looked much brighter today!

🐾 The 3 puppies admitted to the clinic are doing well, fingers crossed!
👮♂️I spent the morning at the police station, making a report about the dumped puppies. More about this on a separate post. A massive thanks to my friend’s Nut and Um for helping me with this today!

We really don’t know what happened to Yuki. She has been fighting a severe infection and high liver and kidney levels....

Julius' #pupdates
Julius isn’t always easy to catch, but thankfully he let me pick him up. Of course I had no crate in my car, so had to put him on the back seat. I was rushing to the vet as the wound wouldn’t stop bleeding. The back seat of my car was covered in blood. I was so worried about him😱

1st, the good news:
Temple boy Uan, who had neck surgery on a wound, went back to his monk today & he was extremely happy to see his human! Thanks to everyone who donated towards his treatment costs, which ended up being 8000 baht.
