I am really enjoying @kingarthurbaking.bsky.social new app. I made sourdough hamburger buns in the special pan and they came out great! A bit large actually so next time I will probably freeze half the dough.

Attempt 1. Four strands filled with cinnamon and cardamom sugar and butter.
Attempt two. Six strand braid, each strand filled with mixture.
Attempt 3 same as two but going to let rise a lot longer.
Attempt 4. Layered four rectangles on top of each other, then cut strips on each side and twisted each strip. Still proofing.
