#Raycon keeps sending me emails asking me to rate their earbuds so I finally left one -

DON'T RECOMMEND
Earbuds stopped working after 6 months and customer service never replied to me for weeks and only did so after I sent a formalised email threatening consumer action.

Kiddo got #Raycon earbuds in March since @/deadmeatjames.bsky.social kept promoting them but they're already defective.

I'd be less annoyed if Raycon support actually responded to any of my support requests but they're completely silent.

It's at the point where I may need to involve the #ACCC.
