As far as petrol retailers are concerned, the #ACCC always has been and always will be a TOOTHLESS TIGER.
The ACCC has always gone after Telstra and the big supermarkets, but that's about it.

My conclusion after Cole’s began it’s response to the ACCC was that “Cole’s really was out of touch with what it’s shoppers thought”. For an industry with record profits, the money has to come from somewhere and it is either the suppliers are being squeezed or it’s the shoppers being ripped off […]
