Sein Konterfei wird begleitet von einem Zitat: "Die RED III gibt Österreich die lange gewünschte Möglichkeit, Genehmigungsverfahren für Energiewende-Projekte zu beschleunigen. Diese Chance bleibt fahrlässigerweise bislang ungenutzt.
Die EU macht's möglich, Bund & Länder müssen nur zugreifen, um die Energiewende voranzubringen: Straffere Genehmigungsverfahren, One-Stop-Shops und die Ausweisung von Beschleunigungsgebieten.
