1/2 - A run into the city to meet friends for breakfast was a good opportunity to add a few more streets to my exploration of my OS map.
Some streets were familiar, some new.
Ran by St James Park #coyr, ran by the prison.

Strava running stats against a photo of the Borghese Gallery and gardens.
November sunshine run at Villa Borghese, Rome. Last day of holiday and my only run of the week due to a nasty shellfish 🦐 incident. One of the fckers must have snuck in to my dinner and I’m allergic to them, causing my joints to seize up!

A Single Map - over the last week I’ve explored new corners of my OS map.
Having been up Waddles Down several times, I finally found the trig point hiding in a hedge.
On another occasion I ran around some local fields that have been adopted by the local community as a place to walk.

Devon Coast 2 Coast - stage 3: Yeoford to Eggesford
A 25km run between train stations along lanes & footpaths. A slow middle section due to lots of gates & cows.
Lovely to see Spotted Flycatchers.
Shame cafe shut at Eggesford.

A sign on a hill in the Scottish Borders explains how local people got round a ban on marriages between English and Scots.
A form of irregular marriage…
