Reached my 100 day running streak today. Very pleased with this. Treated myself to a 10 mile run around Long Wood, Warren Farm and Jubilee Meadows in Ealing.

Today @sarahkern.bsky.social and I ran our first Ultra. It was a truly special achievement for us both. I’m so immensely proud of Sarah, who has been feverish all week. I’m also proud of myself having never run so far.

London trail run. 18 miles of trail of which less than half was along roads. Saw deer, waterfowl, puddles and mud….!

Sublime run today with @sarahkern.bsky.social. The sun shone and London sparkled. Explored Wimbledon Common (new area for me) before jumping across the A3 into the familiar Richmond Park and home for a Calippo!!
