Quicker #run yesterday along a familiar route. Another picture of a bird 🤣 ( The heron was too quick for me and escaped the photo opp, while the swan was more cooperative)

I seem to be developing a #running (😉) theme for photos. Today's is a family of Egyptian geese grazing by the old bridge in Sonning. Enjoyed the #run in the morning sunshine.

Evening #run. Wasn't feeling enthusiastic about the idea but it was fine in the end.

The morning was spent volunteering for the #NT at #NTGreysCourt. After vacuuming round ready for opening, I cleaned and condition reported the books in the library. 📚 😀

Didn't sleep well so got up early and watched the Chinese #F1 sprint race and qualifying for tomorrow's race. Then decided to go for a #run to regain the 1 VO² point #Garmin took away yesterday. Expected to struggle but in the end, it felt okay 👍.
