Stepan Company Completes Sale of Philippine Assets, Advancing Strategic Focus on Core Growth Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) announced it closed the sale of its Philippine manufacturing assets (Stepan Philippines Quaternaries, Inc.) to Masurf, a Musim Mas subsidiary, with closing on November 14, 2025. The deal implements an Asset Transfer Agreement dated May 27, 2025 and includes a tolling agreement so SPQI customers in Southeast Asia continue to receive service. Terms were not disclosed.
