I know Mondays can be more challenging for me and I can even identify why, but I am not able to recall how it feels to be stressed out or frustrated.
Guessing this speaks to the supposed trauma resilience that folks with #SDAM seem to have.
Curious how others with SDAM experience Mondays.
A while back there was a post in an ND group about how many ND folks dread Mondays (start of work week).
This was an interesting thought. I am definitely more stressed/frustrated on Mondays once at work, but zero apprehension about work / going to work.
I feel like this is an extension of #SDAM.
Living with #SDAM means I have a sketchy sense of myself through time. Writing what I know helps me make sense of things, as I piece my story together.
