I was “on before dawn” and those early accomplishments with my Italian and Indian compatriots have got me motivated, but wired. However, whilst the day has momentum (which feels great), the key is pacing. The goal isn't to sprint past the finish line but to cross it strong. A flickering candle mutters in the dark as fading night-breezes whisper and tug at half-drawn shades. It’s that grey in-between time, with the day awakening slowly, pondering its possibilities. And whilst we long for the sun, there is a place inside that wishes to linger in this soft half-light, here amidst the early quiet and the parting kiss of sleep.
