I (Emma, Street Hearts BG founder) used to wonder why I was wiped out each evening. Then I got a smartwatch. It turns out I'm doing around 15,000 steps a day (10 - 15km) just walking dogs, cleaning, and feeding. So, if I'm horizontal by 8pm, it's not laziness. It's mileage!

I don't even want to look at my monthly average of my #stepcount as I know it's going to be awful for this month. I was averaging over 10k steps a day but after #surgery last month I have been letting my leg/foot feal but finally getting into my normal groove.
