Hazards include flash flooding of creeks, streams, urban areas, highways, and low-lying zones. Specific locations listed include: Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Memphis, Walls, Whitehaven, Southwest Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Downtown Memphis, Southeast Memphis, Lynchburg, Plum Point, Parkway Village, Capleville, White Station, Jago, and Twin Lakes.
