Born 7th Nov 1946, actress Su Pollard. In 1979 she appeared in a pilot episode of a BBC comedy, set in a holiday camp. She got the role of chalet maid Peggy Ollerenshaw in Hi-de-Hi & continued in this role until the series ended in 1988, by which time she had become a household name. #SuPollard
