These leaves have got bumpy bits on them and from the bumps are sprouting tiny spikes!
They look poke-y and sharp.

The small white flowers don't cover the entire flower head, but is only a portion. This image shows round pale green buds that will blossom into very fine white flowers that are like white flies stuck to the plant.
