I went to my eldest daughter’s options evening last night (choosing what to do after GCSEs). I decided to ask some of the exhibitors about #TLevels - just to see what they knew about them. Three different sixth form colleges in south east. All 3 said, “I’d do A’Levels”.

Yesterday’s Level 3 Results Day was an important milestone as we celebrated the achievements of our first T-Level cohort. This pioneering group of early years and education students achieved a 100% pass rate, with 86% awarded a Merit or Distinction.

For those going on to do #TLevels and #ALevels college was a struggle as they lacked the life skills to navigate even basic things like bus travel or managing a timetable. School had become more rigid to manage Covid and the aftermath. But now the pandemic was 'done'. They were supposed to cope /10
Good luck to the students getting #TLevels and #ALevels today.
In case we've forgotten - and we probably have - this is the Covid cohort we assumed would be fine. Spoiler, they weren't. But they have done amazingly and we should give them way more credit than they get.
