First time I've been able to grab a pic of this butterfly I've seen occasionally in a meadow on my morning walk for the last couple of months. It might be small and called a common blue, but it's rather striking 🦋

Een paar weken terug trof ik op deze plek ook een Icarusblauwtje toen ook op een Klaver maar met de vleugeltjes in rust. Nu kreeg ik de mooie blauwe bovenkant van dit prachtige kleine vlindertjes te zien!

Beyond blue pale on my #allotment there's a small yellow jungle where a lady #CommonBlue is feeding & then prospecting deep into the green foliage.
She curls her little furry abdomen & lays a tiny egg on a tiny leaf.
She does this many times.
