We usually visit lots of buildings every #DoorsOpenDays but missed out this year because of our holiday. Today’s ones were new to me.
#DoorsOpenDays or #HeritageOpenDays are such fascinating occasions for learning about the history & architecture of buildings.
These all look very interesting!
Visited 3 different buildings in Edinburgh today for #DoorsOpenDays : Newington Trinity, with its magnificent #StainedGlass, St Cecilia’s Hall, the oldest purpose built concert hall in Scotland and Out of the Blue, the former Drill Hall, with links to the Quintinshill railway disaster in WW1.
