Dynamic disabilities exist. Let’s repeat that. DYNAMIC DISABILITIES EXIST. Some days I’m more disabled & I need more support than others. That doesn’t mean I’m “getting better” or “healed”. It means some days I crash and burn and other days I can push through. #Spoonie #DynamicDisabilities

Chronic Illness:
If you ask how I am, and I say good, know that my good is your OK. If I say OK, know that my OK is your bad. And if I say bad, know that means I am struggling to survive and make it through the day - physically, and more likely than not, also mentally. And if I say terrible... you will never hear me say bad or terrible as I don't like to burden people with that knowledge, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen (regularly).

Do you have a loved one with chronic illness(es)?
Or, can you relate to this? How does this make you feel?

#DynamicDisabilities are complex and fluctuate and no two days are usually the same.

My disabilities are all dynamic. Lupus, myositis + chronic migraine fluctuates in intensity, flare frequency, progression, symptoms & how it affects me daily.

Finally had my MRI results. Kinda good news bad news. My condition is now severely in most of my spine (from neck to tailbone) but thankfully as of now it’s just my neck that requires surgical intervention. I’m waiting to schedule some epidural shots to hopefully help with pain and give me some mobility back. And will hopefully get a date for my first surgery by the end of February
Thank you for those who’ve checked in/sent well wishes ❤️ I’m keeping the best vibes I can. Taking it One day, one puff and one orgasm at a time 😘
