Saturday night was date night with Toby 😁🐶 Dinner & a movie at home watching the snow fall. Down 25lbs feels really good. Removing all processed sugars, focusing on protein, veggies, fruits & some grains has been a game changer! Natural sugars from fruit & foods satisfies me.

Scotland trip for May…. Cancelled 😔
I will get there one day. For now, my heart is yearning to return to England. The last big trip we took was to England in May 2024. I feel the deep desire to go back & see the sights we didn’t get to see the last time.
