It was then topped up with some opaque, light brown miso broth.

Vegetable katsu bao buns and rice noodles in sesame-miso broth. Another quick work lunch, this time using some of Itsu's frozen bao buns. I love that I can just microwave them and they're good to go. 🍜

Vegetable gyoza and rice noodles in a lightly spicy soy broth. I used the rest of the vegetable gyoza from yesterday. I like this version a little more; the slight spiciness of the broth works well with the saltier gyoza filling. 🍜

Vegetable gyoza and rice noodles in sesame-miso broth. Only a kettle and microwave required. I think I found a winner for work lunches. I can have a hot, tasty lunch ready in 5 minutes and it costs about the same as a meal deal. 🍜

#Itsu in Holborn again. The O2 coverage in store is patchy so I always have to reload the app to scan points. A member of staff ALWAYS reaches over me "to help" me with my touch screen order. Why do Gen Zs think older people are tech stupid? I was negotiating software deals before they were born.
