Not too hot. They become too dark easily.
Today I made #celery #schnitzel. No meat needed. At all. And if I say that it must be true. ;) They are delicious and go well with mashed potatoes and - if you like - fried #egg. If you cook the slices softly for ~12m with #broth and a splash of #lemon they don't take long in the pan. #foodporn

Store bought meat stock isn't actually #meat #stock, it is legally the same as #broth. Real meat stock turns into #gelatin when cool, and store bought stock is liquid. If you want actual stock, you have to make it yourself at home by boiling bones and cartilage.
