Wie einige wissen, fange ich jetzt mit Laufen an. Dummerweise habe ich versprochen mit einer guten Bekannten im April einen 4-Km-Lauf mitzumachen. Das Dumme nur, dass ich noch nie ernsthaft gelaufen bin.
