Walked out and ran back meh 😑, it was okay but it felt good to get out. Yesterday I was at two appointments one MD & physical therapy, so no activity. Monday I had errands to do before work and so much to do with only 5 days left.

Afternoon run (3.05.miles) after working a half of OT today. I only did it to help a co-worker and I believe I got only 3.5 hrs of sleep last night which made it rough.
