With the way the text is formatted, the DAY looks a bit like DA Y due to the kerning not being correct.
F1 had a rebrand a few years ago yet for some reason they *still* can't fix the sodding kerning in their text. Sort it out, Liberty!

This has a bit of the stink of the fake GWB Texas Air National Guard documents about it. It's entirely possible that they would have tried to forge incriminating documents, which, upon turning out to be forgeries, they hope will throw everyone off the scent of the incriminating truth. #kerning

Whoever ordered this customized Etsy product got done dirty. Why can't font makers kern around an apostrophe? Especially with a script font, the s should connect instead of being spread out like this. & WHY would this store feature this image?! #typography #design #kerning

I am certainly fond of Edward Johnston’s Underground type but this printed poster (presumably letterpress) shows the typeface falling apart due to lack of kerning; see especially ‘STATION’ and ‘MONDAY’—AT (and TA) and AY combinations especially clunky here #kerning #keming
