I wrote up some thoughts on my experience working with the #Libretro interface for frontends / emulators. The short version is, I think it's pretty badly designed, and lacking documentation. But I managed to succeed in my goals anyway.

#libretro cores of #EasyRPG Player are now available for iOS and tvOS.

Still no ETA for our standalone app but a core for RetroArch is a good start. :)

For those like me who wondered where is the 'Help' key from the #AtariST keyboard in the #Hatari emulor core in #Retroarch / #Libretro : it is called the 'F13' key!

I try to avoid the word "user", as it's too ambiguous. (If you're working with a platform, #devs are users too.)

A more descriptive term reminds me of what I do and why. A lot of #documentation I contribute to #libretro calls users "players" (enjoy #retrogames!) or "devs" (make things!) as needed.
