By merging sine/cosine filter optics with dSTORM principles, the method reduces spectral crosstalk (<5 %) and removes the need for sequential channel switching. The hardware-level multiplexing is a decisive step toward practical multi-target SMLM, though the current proof remains 2D and relies on custom filter sets.
