A fruit pie made with a graham cracker crust in a clear glass pie plate. Inside of the crust is a filling with cream on the bottom with cooked blueberries on top of that then cooked cinnamon apples ontop of that. The filling only fills the pie about half way so it looks pathetic.
Happy Pi day! I was a little overzealous when I went to Macgyver a pie. I had extra Boston cream from a previous pie so I was like graham cracker crust with Boston cream and blueberries would be perfect. I added apples bc it looked pathetic and it still does.

This strawberry rhubarb pie is quite nice - more sour rhubarb than I'm used to. These can be way too sweet but this is fun.

Final cut slice of pie. The pie has a yellow color with bits of pistachio on top. The slice is facing away so we can appreciate the crushed digestive cookie based crust. With the slice on the small white plate is a pile of pie parts that I scraped off the pie pan, and a cheese slicer because I don't have a cake serving knife.
The cooked pie just out of the oven with pistacchio just sprinkled on top. The pie now has the yellow finished color to it
Pie just going into the oven. The pie itself is an off white color at this point, and it sits in a green round pan where the edge can be removed
Felt an little homesick, so for pi day this year I made key lime pie. 🔑 🍋 🥧
