Had a ton of fun playing Creature Caravan by #redravengames with my fiance! You roll 5 dice and assign each die and put it/them to work! 🔨 At the end of your turn, 🙏 you battle the ember 🧟 before you camp! Or else you get that -1 VP ember zombie token! Will you make it to Eastrey? #boardgame

in the background the main board that is a long board that is a 25x5 grid. Some squares have icons representing terrain like canyons lakes and mountains while others have smaller icons for fruit or towers. Each player has a cart meeple and some small tent meeples in different spaces. In the foreground is the card tableau in progress showing 6 cards with various art representing fantasy creatures. Each card has a variety of attributes (like tiny or giant or machine or folk or hunter etc) Cards have abilities at the bottom - like resource production - with dice on them to show they're activated.
Yup - the #CreatureCaravan #BoardGame is my jam. Quick (12 rounds), simultaneous play (multiplayer solitaire), bit of engine building, and (of course) lovely art and great components. Lovely to see #RedRavenGames do a smaller scale more mechanical game after the heavier narrative work of late.

The miniature ship called Manticore on her first mission. Currently making bay in Glentz.
Our 3rd session of #SleepingGods brought the first event card deck to an end. 6 hours into our first campaign we got one third down.
Not my kinda game but I am really enjoying the different gaming experience!
