Reposting in the actual "darkness", that I spotted this red tailed hawk in, from across the road. You can see the street light bottom right.

Just a Red-Tailed Hawk acting like a rush-hour traffic cop, judging the "tail-lights of tyranny" from above as the day dives into darkness. Perched high to monitor the evening gridlock, this bird is surely thinking, "My floof is more important than your schedule". 🪶🌿🦉
